The Tally Counter is primarily Gesture Based. Make sure you have Gestures Enabled in your radial menu.

Accessing the Tally Counter

To grab the Tally Counter make a Fist or Thumbs up Gesture with one of your hands while holding it near the storage location of the Tally Counter. By Default this should be around your hips though this may be changed during the install process. This will put the Tally Counter in your hand. You can make an Open Hand Gesture with the hand holding the Counter to drop the Counter. A Fist or Thumbs up Gesture will pick the Counter up from where it is dropped.

You can also choose to put the Counter in each hand, or back into storage through your expressions menu as well.

Using the Tally Counter

To ‘Click’ the Tally Counter and make the number go up all you need to do is go from a non-fist gesture to a fist gesture, and back to a non-fist gesture. The normal way to do, at least on index controllers, is to move your thumb on and off the buttons/thumbstick/trackpad to switch between Thumbs Up and Fist.

You can also click the Counter if it is placed in the world by touching the trigger with a finger. This can also be done by other users. This is only active when it is dropped in the world, not when it is held in a hand.

Settings

Index Toggle - The index toggle is self explanitory. Toggle it on if you’re using Index controllers. This is due to the Gesture Animations on the Clicker overriding your hand animations. Index controllers counts as hand tracking and need to be handled slightly differently than if you were using other controllers.

Reset Count - Resets the count on the Tally Counter to 0.
